Abstract

This Research aims to determine the effect of workload on the productivity of heavy equipment operator employees at PT United Tractor Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at PT United Tractor Palembang totaling 68 employees. This research used a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this used in this research is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive influence, which means that workload has a positive influence on the productivity of heavy equipment operator employees at PT United Tractor Palembang.
