Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total kompensasi, yang terdiri dari kompensasi finansial langsung, kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak di Lotte Grosir Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak di Lotte Grosir Palembang yang berjumlah 33 orang karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Data yang diperoleh di uji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi (r) dan koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi finansial langsung, kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak Lotte Grosir Palembang.
