Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Arista Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Hotel Arista Palembang dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Arista Palembang.
