Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan eksplan jeruk manis Pontianak (Citrus nobilis var. Microcarpa) secara in vitro dengan penambahan Naphtalene Acetid Acid (NAA) dan Benzyl Amino Purin (BAP). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan, Fakultas Pertanian UNSRI dengan koordinat lokasi 2.989594,104.731106. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2023. NAA terdiri dari 3 taraf konsentrasi yaitu (N0=0 pmm, N1=1 ppm, N2=2 ppm) dan BAP terdiri dari 3 taraf konsentrasi yaitu (B0=0 ppm, B1=1 ppm, B2=2 ppm). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian NAA dan BAP dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah akar dan pembentukan daun. Konsentrasi NAA 1 ppm 0dan BAP 2 ppm merupakan kombinasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) terbaik untuk pertumbuhan daun dan akar
