Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 98 responden dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi berpengaruh, positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan motivasi sebesar 26,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 73,5% merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
