Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Honda Matic di Kota Palembang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan konsumen motor Honda matic di Kota Palembang yang menggunakan rangka eSAF. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai dengan Skala Likert dan telah diuji menggunakan program SPSS Statististics 27 for Windows. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa variable Kualitas Produk maupun Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
