Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence leadership has on employee performance at Pertamina Prabumulilh Hospital. The population in this study were employees part medical Pertamina Prabumulih Hospital, a total of 142 people. The sampling technique in this study using the technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results of this study are measured through indicators of traits, habits, temperament, character and personality have been influenced positive of 33.8% against employee performance Pertamina Prabumulih Hospital, while 66.2%, the rest influenced by factors beyond the studied include work motivation, discipline and leadership .
