Abstract

The research aims to determine the competition and the impact that occurs between Wajek and Morge 9 as an online taxibike in Kayuagung District. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The findings are obtained through primary and secondary data in the form of in-depth interviews, field observation, documentation, and social media. This research uses Karl Max’s theory which explains the role of conflict that occurs between various groups and classes in the social life of society. The results show that the competition that occurs produces several forms such as symbiotic mutualism, which is a very good way to keep the business afloat because it cooperates with MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) in Kayuagung District. The impact of this competition is that each party must always try to evaluate strategies in the form of ideas and policies in an effort to keep growing.
