Abstract

Penelitian pengaruh permainan target terhadap ketepatan servis backhand bulutangkis pada siswa kelas IX di MTS Nurul Hilal Senuro mengeksplorasi dampak latihan target terhadap keterampilan servis backhand dalam olahraga bulutangkis. Konsep penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan teknik pelatihan yang berfokus pada membidik target tertentu saat melakukan servis backhand, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat ketepatan servis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan “one group pre-test post-test design” dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Sampel yang digunakan seluruh siswa kwlas IX B Mts Nuul Hilal Senuro yang berjumlah 22 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kemampuan backhand service berdasarkan buku dari James Poole (2016:24). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan permainan target terhadap ketepatan backhand servis siswa kelas IX B MTS Nurul Hilal Senuro dengan nilai t hitung 18,585 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0.005. Nilai rerata hasil ketepatan pukulan backhand service atau pre-test sebesar 12.82, sedangkan ketepatan post-test naik menjadi 20.05.
