Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan bola gantung terhadap kemampuan servis atas pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli siswa putri SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest one group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel total population sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini berupa latihan bola gantung yang diberikan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t, bahwa latihan bola gantung berpengaruh terhadap hasil servis atas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t dengan kriteria thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (19,28 > 1,70) dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dan jumlah sampel (N = 30), maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Latihan bola gantung memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil kemampuan servis atas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan bola gantung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan servis atas pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli siswa putri SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Dilakukan oleh seluruh siswa putri yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Kata Kunci: Bola Gantung, Servis Atas, Bolavoli
