Abstract
This study aims to produce Student Worksheets (LKPD) integrated science on the topic of energy using Project Based Learning which are valid, practical and effective. The development model used is the Rowntree development model modified with Tessmer’s formative evaluation. The research was conducted at MTs Al Amalul Khair Palembang. Data collection techniques using interview, walkthrough, questionnaires and test. The data analysis technique used in the validation is the V Aiken formula, in practicality it is the Cohen Kappa formula and the effectiveness of using the N-Gain test conversion. The results showed that the developed LKPD was as follows 1) Valid, with an average validity score of 0,91 in a high category. 2) Practical, obtained with an average practicality score of one to one stage of 0,90 with a very feasible category and small group with an average practicality of 0,98 with a very feasible category. 3) Effective in improving student learning outcomes with an N-Gain score of 0,81 in the high category. Based on these data, it shows that the student worksheets of integrated science on the topic on energy using project based learning that have been developed meet the valid, practical and effective criteria.
