Abstract
Powder On Rice Weevil (Sitophilus oryzae (L.)) was conducted in Laboratory of Entomology, Plant Pest And Disease Departement, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from October to December 2015. experiraent aimed to determined level of repellent various powder concentrations of soursop leaf powder and mortality on S. oryzae. Completely Randomized Design was used in this study with six treatments and four replicates. Concentrations powder used were 0,0 g / 10 g (control), 0,8 g / 10 g, 0,9 g / 10 g, 1,0 g / 10 g, 1,1 g / 10 g, dan 1,2 g / 10 g which were obtained ffom the best results of previous experiment to set the concentration of powder used. The results of this experiment was the best treatment on 1,2 g / 10 g with 94.50% and classified very strong repellent index (more than 90%). The lowest repellent index on 1,0 g / 10 g with 77.61% and classified strong repellent index (75% < R < 95%). The highest Mortality of S. oryzae 1,1 g / 10 g with 77.5% moertality and the lowest moertality on 0.0 g / 10 g (without powder) 0 % and 0,8 g / 10 g with 52,5%. We could conclude that A. muricata very strong repellent index on S. oryzae, and effective to kill S. oryzae.
