Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi website quality terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Lazada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel usabilty berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel information quality dan variabel service interaction tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Lazada. Selanjutnya, variabel usabilty, information quality, dan service interaction pada dimensi website quality berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Lazada.
