Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompensasi finansial langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kelurahan Bukit baru kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh Pegawai Kelurahan Bukit baru kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang yang berjumlah 40 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Pemberian kompensasi finansial langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Bukit Baru Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang. Hal ini ditentukan dengan hasil uji-t dengan nilai t untuk variabel Insentif yaitu t-hitung sebesar 2,194 taraf signifikansi 0,034 taraf signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemampuan variabel kompensasi finansial langsung dalam mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Bukit Baru Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang. Yaitu hasil nilai R Square sebesar 0,112 (11,2%), angka tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kinerja pegawai (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh kompensasi finansial langsung (X).
