Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Puskesmas Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 62 orang pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesinoer dan metode analiss regresi linier sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
