Abstract

Pegawai yang berkinerja tinggi membawa manfaat besar bagi instansi dengan berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif kesuksesan jangka panjang, dan pencapaian tujuan intansi. Salah satu bentuk upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai ialah dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan adanya organizational citizenship behavior yang diterapkan dilingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan organizational citizenhip behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 56 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Organizational Citizenhip Behavior (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
