Abstract

Kinerja karyawan berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan dan kinerja organisasi. Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berperan terhadap pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir sejumlah 94 pegawai. Sampel diambil menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh sehingga sampelnya adalah seluruh populasi penelitian yaitu 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
