Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on teacher performance ASN at 19 public junior high school of palembang. Population in this research is all the teachers ASN SMP Negeri 19 Palembang which numbers are 59 teachers and used a saturated sampling technique. The data collection method in this research was obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that work discpline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance ASN at 19 Public Junior High School of Palembang, physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance ASN at 19 Public Junior High School of Palembang.
