Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT MSA cabang Karang Agung Estate (KAE). Populasi penelitian yaitu karyawan yang bekerja pada areal perkebunan yang berjulah 97 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bisa semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT MSA cabang Karang Agung Estate (KAE).
