Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work experience on employee performance at PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of permanent employees who work on shift I so that the employees of PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna who fit the criteria were 70 respondents. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work experience has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna employees.
