Abstract

Rekap pencapaian kerja dan pengupahan merupakan suatu kegiatan rekap data kerja dan pengupahan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan visi yang diemban oleh perusahaan. Pada saat ini rekap pencapaian kerja dan pengupahan karyawan pada PT. Buana Mulia Sentosa, masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengacu pada tabel-tabel yang telah ditentukan. Rekap pencapaian dan pengupahan karyawan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dalam perekapan dan pengupahan, dan bahkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam proses perekapan dan penggajian. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu pegawai dalam rekap data dan pengupahan di waktu yang senggang. Pembuatan sistem ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Sistem Rekap dan Pengupahan ini dibuat menggunakan Bootstrap SB ADMIN 2 dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan database.
