Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Aparat Sipil Negara Bagian Umum Setda Kota Prabumulih. Populasi adalah seluruh Aparat Sipil Negara Bagian Umum Setda Kota Prabumulih yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan software SPSS release 24 sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Aparat Sipil Negara Bagian Umum Setda Kota Prabumulih secara simultan.
