Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sriwijaya Perdana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di PT Sriwijaya Perdana yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT Sriwijaya Perdana dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
