Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan STEAM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 10 Palembang pada semester genap tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI 9. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan bentuk pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Only Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan observasi. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test menunjukan bahwa thitung = \geq ttabel yaitu 24,7708 \geq 1,6802 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat Pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan STEAM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. Pendidik disarankan untuk mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dan menggunakan teknologi seperti smartphone untuk mendukung pelaksanaan proyek.
