Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper Kabupaten Muara Enim yang berjumlah 828 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper Kabupaten Muara Enim.
