Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan BAZNAS Kota Palembang periode 2019-2023 sebagai lembaga berbasis hukum yang bertanggung jawab atas pengumpulan dan pendistribusian dana zakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan pendekatan produksi. Variabel input-output dengan asumsi Constant Return to Scale (CRS). Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efisiensi pada tahun 2019 dengan skor 100%, sedangkan inefisiensi terjadi pada tahun 2020 dengan skor 94,59%, tahun 2021 dengan skor 85,82%, tahun 2022 dengan skor 90,75% dan terakhir di tahun 2023 dengan skor 86,17%. Inefisiensi terjadi disebabkan variabel input tidak bisa mencapai target perhitungan DEA. Peneliti menyarankan untuk lebih optimal dalam mengelola dana zakat yang telah diamanahkan.
