Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Tanjung Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Tanjung Batu dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dan menjadi sampel sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Tanjung Batu.
