Abstract

This researeh aims to determine the influence of women's participation and the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) on community development. The research method used is quantitaive, utilizing SPSS 26 with data analysis techniques including validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, and F-tests. The research population consists of CDO TJSL employees, program administrators, buyers (buyer participation), and resellers (reseller participation in reselling clean water with a sample size of 65 people, obtained using the census/sampling formula by taking the entire population under 100 people. Data collection techniques were conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The research results indicate that the T-test value (XI to Y) is 2.557 with a significance of 0.013, meaning there is a significant and sufficient influence of womem's participation (in managing, buying, and reselling clean water) on community development. The T-test value (X2 to Y) is 2.077 with a significance of 0.42, meaning there is a significant and suffcient influence of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) on community development. The F-test value (XI and X2 to Y) is 9.082 with a significance of 0.000, meaning that women participation (in managing, buying, and reselling clean water) and the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) simultaneously have a significant influence on community development.
