Thisstudyattemptstodescribedofempowermentwomenthroughskills training a hood food ofrattan consistoftraining skilla hood food, knowledge,and the process ofsocioeconomic changes.The kind of researchitusesaqualitativeapproach.Respondentswerethree,namely housewives.Datacollectionmethodusedinthisresearchwasinterviews anddocumentation.Basedontheresearchdonethathasbeendonecan beconcludedthatskillstrainingahoodfoodofrattanindesamuaraquiet cityafenceofnaturecanimprovethecommunity`seconomysocial aspecttherehasbeenachangeasoriginallyhousewivesdonothave intercommunication broad and many friends.Suggested to local governmenttoprovidesupportandhelpcapitalinskillstrainingactivities ahoodfood
