Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel peran lingkungan, pengetahuan perpajakan, persepsi dan motivasi terhadap minat mahasiswa berkarir di bidang perpajakan (studi kasus pada mahasiswa akuntansi Angkatan 2020 dan 2021). Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dihasilkan sampel sejumlah 82 mahasiswa dengan jumlah populasi 476 mahasiswa dengan sumber data yang langsung berasal dari responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan perpajakan dan persepsi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Sedangkan variabel peran lingkungan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa berkarir di bidang perpajakan. This research aims to examine the relationship between environmental role variables, tax knowledge, perceptions and motivation on students’ interest in pursuing a career in taxation (case study of accounting students Class of 2020 and 2021). Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 82 students was produced with a population of 476 students with the data source coming directly from the respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 program tools. The results of this research show that the variables of tax knowledge and perception do not have a significant effect on students' interest in pursuing a career in taxation. Meanwhile, the role of environment and motivation variables have an influence on students' interest in pursuing a career in taxation.
