Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) Kota Pagar Alam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pegawai PNS kantor Badan Keungan Daerah (BKD) Kota Pagar Alam kecuali kepala badan. Teknik pegambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan sampel berjumlah 70 pegawai PNS kantor Badan Keungan Daerah (BKD) Kota Pagar Alam. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
