Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and explain the impact of perceived organizational support and employee engagement on employee turnover intention, particularly within the Palm Kernel Crushing (PKC) Department of PT Sinar Alam Permai. This research is quantitative descriptive research, with the population being the employees of the PKC Department of PT Sinar Alam Permai. The sampling technique employed is saturation sampling technique involving 46 employees. Data collection instruments for this research consist of questionnaires evaluated on a Likert scale. This research also includes multiple regression analysis to find out the correlation of perceived organizational support and employee engagement to turnover intention. The research findings conclude that each variable of perceived organizational support and employee engagement have a negative and significant influence on employee turnover intention.
