Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios against stock return. The study population was 64 property, real estate, building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and which were sampled as 48 property, real estate, building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) variable had a possitive and significant effect on stock Return while Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Receivable Turnover (RTO), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no significant effect to stock return
