Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum, dan migrasi masuk terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari BPS dan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Palembang tahin 2010-2021. Hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palembang, hal ini berarti bahwa apabila pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum ditingkatkan maka akan tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palembang akan menurun, sedangkan migrasi masuk mempunyai pengaruh dan searah dengan tanda positif terhadap tingkat penganguran di Kota Palembang, berarti bahwa apabila migrasi masuk ditingkatkan maka akan tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palembang akan meningkat
