Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Passing With Target training on the accuracy of passing results of Putrad Fc Lampung's football club. The research method used is the one-group pretest and posttest Experiment method. The research design used is the one-group pretest-posttest design. Total sampling technique was used to take samples totaling 31 people. The research instrument in this study is a modified football passing accuracy test. From the results of data analysis through t-test formula calculations with the criteria of t-value (8.958) > t-table (2.039), from the Paired Sample T-Test data test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05, thus it can be stated that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research results regarding the effect of Passing With Target training on passing accuracy results, it turns out to have a significant effect on passing accuracy. The implication of this research is that Passing With Target training can be conducted and used as a training program to improve passing accuracy. Keywords: Passing With Target, Accuracy.
