Abstract

This study has aimed to determined the efFect of using the fermentation local raw material to of fermentation on the local ducks. The research was conducted at the experimental cage on Animal Husbandry Departemen Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University since two months. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 repetitions. The treatment of this study is giving the fermentation local raw material RO (100% Commercial Feed), RI (75% Commercial Feed: 25% RKBLF), R2 (50% Commercial Feed: 50% RKBLF), R3 (25% Commercial Feed: 75 RKBLF%), R4 (100% RKBLF). The parameter that had been observed was the values of apparent metabolizable energy, nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy, true metabolizable energy, nitrogen corrected true metabolizable energy. Results of this study indicate that using of the fermentation local raw material affect to the value of apparent metabolizable energy (EMS), nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy (EMSn), true metabolizable energy (EMM) and nitrogen corrected true metabolizable energy (EMMn) on the local ducks.
