Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work motivation, reward and punishment on employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel KC Prabumulih. The population and sample in this research are all permanent employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih branch for the period 2024, totaling 51 employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation, reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation, at the Prabumulih branch office is to be able to adapt in managing team members in a division by adjusting based on the appropriate educational level for occupying the position and the responsibilities given. Rewards, to implement fair and transparent promotions. Punishment is expected to provide fair firmness in accordance with the regulations imposed by the company if an employee violates the rules, regulations and rules imposed by the company.
