Abstract

The author conducted this research at Al Suaibah Clinic Palembang in the Pediatric Poly section with the aim of building a web-based application to overcome administrative problems in the Pediatric Poly. The developmenet of this web-based application uses the Laravel and React Framework and uses MySQL database media, the data collection method includes literature study and interviews. The main challenges faced in Children's Poly include managing doctors' schedules, medical record management, and interaction with patients in registration, scheduling appointments, and monitoring health conditions. Interviews with the clinic revealed obstacles in the registration process and appointment scheduling due to a system that has not been computerized properly, causing long queues and delays in service. The system built aims to make it easier for admins to manage patient data, increase data security, make it easier for patients to find out about services and registration, and speed up report generation. This application can be improved by adding new features, and can also be developed into a mobile application.
