Abstract
The website-based customer service data collection application at PT Dilia Utama Palembang City is a digital solution to help with complaints problems and optimal customer service data collection. This application allows consumers to report complaints about the addition of new electricity, new electricity connections and complaints about electricity via a digital platform. With this application, admin and main dilia employees quickly respond to complaints and repair electricity. The data collection methods used were primary and secondary. Development of the Rational Unified Process system with the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework and using a MySQL database and tested using the Blackbox testing method. With this customer service data collection application, it is hoped that it can help admins and main service employees improve their handling of services to consumers to be optimal.
