Abstract
This research aims to develop flipbook teaching materials regarding the application of Pancasila values and determine manufacturing procedures and product validity, to improve the quality of learning in class III. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Dessing, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The teaching material products that have been developed have been validated by media experts with an assessment of 92.5% in the "very valid" category. By material experts with an assessment of 77.5% in the "valid" category. By linguists with an assessment of 80% in the "valid" category. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 92.5%. The results of the teacher response questionnaire obtained 100% results. The results of the validation and analysis of student and teacher response questionnaire data show that the flipbook teaching material, the application of Pancasila values, can make students understand and improve the quality of learning in class III.
