Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know The Macro quality of fresh cement Simmental cattle given Se. The parameters observed were Volume, Degree of Acidity (pH), and Consistency. This study used Latin Cage Design (RBSL) with four treatments. The treatment in this study were of P0 : Control, P1 : Giving Selenium 0,01 mg/day, P2 : Giving Selenium 0,02 Selenium mg/day, P3 : Giving Selenium 0,03 mg/day. This study used a Latin squre Method with 4 treatments. The parameters result showed that selenium suplementation not significantly (p<0,05).
