Abstract
Routing Protocols for low-power networks such as Wireless Sensor Networks suffer from decreased depth, increased control overhead, longer latency and higher energy usage. Path selection suffers from the problem of less stability as packet delivery failures are more frequent as nodes are very close to each other in dense networks. Laplacian Routing Protocol low power lossy network (L-RPL) is a powerful mathematical approach to improve the performance of wireless sensor networks. by utilizing Laplacian we can optimize route selection, improve energy efficiency. The results of this study prove that the Laplacian method can reduce lost packets by using 4 clusters there are no lost packets, Latency takes 0.007 milliseconds to transmit data. Network performance is 57% better.
