Abstract

Kemudahan penggunaan internet yang dapat diakses kapan saja melalui handphone, laptop, atau tablet dan dapat dibawa kemana saja, membuat media sosial tidak hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi tetapi juga sebagai sarana mencari informasi. Instagram adalah salah satu platform yang mengutamakan visual dengan estetika. Kebanyaan instansi pemerintah yang ada di Indonesia telah memiliki akun Instagram untuk berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat, karena media sosial, khususnya Instagram dianggap sebagai alternatif nyata dalam penyebaran informasi yang semakin populer di semua kalangan. Salah satu instansi Indonesia yang telah menerapkan hal tersebut adalah Dinas Pertanian TPH Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, dengan username Instagram @pertaniantph.sumsel. Pada akun Instagram @pertaniantph.sumsel, interaksi masyarakat yang ada sendiri masih kurang, dibuktikan pada kebanyakan unggahan yang ada memiliki jumlah like dan komentar yang cenderung sedikit. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi permasalahan di atas, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of The Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) dengan melibatkan 516 responden kuesioner yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @pertaniantph.sumsel. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil pengolahan data penelitian tersebut didapati bahwa Behavioral Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavioral, Effort Expectancy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepada Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavioral, Habit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepada Behavioral Intention, Hedonic Motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepada Behavioral Intention dan Social Influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepada Behavioral Intention.
