Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion, service and knowledge on the interest of students at the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University in using Sharia Bank products. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from individuals or individual students at the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University through questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The analytical method in this research uses a quantitative approach by applying multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the variables promotion, service and relationship knowledge have a significant positive effect on the preferences of Sriwijaya University Faculty of Economics students in using sharia banking products. This provides important insight for related parties, both government, universities and the local business sector, to trigger factors that are obstacles to reduced student interest in Sharia Bank products.
