Abstract

Blockchain is a collection of blocks arranged sequentially and starting with the first block called the “Genesis Block”, where these blocks are able to store data containing transactions that have been carried out previously. Blockchain is widely used in other fields, one example of which is supply chain management. The algorithm in this research uses proof of work where nodes solve mathematical equations to create a unique hash that is used to connect the block to the previous block. In this research, the supply chain is carried out in 4 scenarios using RFID technology, where the RFID antenna functions as nodes in the supply chain arranged to form a travel flow. The simulation in this research discusses the flow of motorbike spare parts trade. This research uses the Blockchain system to verify transactions, mine new blocks and issue hashing. This research develops 5 blocks, namely, producers, distributors, retailers, shops and customers. It can be seen in this research that the item tag E200 3411 B802 0110 3300 7266 starts from block genesis then changes to 0000a00b4c04b2eb962198f893af64ad5b007783d41156fe266aa73abb3875c2 in transactions at the manufacturer. This research produces a simulation program that can accommodate Supply chain data into Blockchain, has transparency, efficiency, and provides security for the data.
