Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model bimbingan klasikal Sciarra pada kompetensi memperoleh pengetahuan untuk mencapai tujuan karir siswa dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas penerapan model bimbingan klasikal Sciarra pada kompetensi memperoleh pengetahuan untuk mencapai tujuan karir siswa. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya dengan sampel sebanyak 33 orang siswa kelas X IPA 4 yang dipilih secara acak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah satu kelompok pretest posttest desain. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil pretest dan posttest yang tinggi setelah siswa mengikuti layanan bimbingan klasikal model Sciarra. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa model bimbingan klasikal Sciarra efektif diterapkan sebagai metode pemberian layanan klasikal.
