Abstract

One computational approach thal can be used to match insurance products for consumers are Expert Systems (expert systems). Application o f Case-Based Reasoning as a method on an expert system can provide the right solution to the customer in the selection of insurance products. Methods o f case based reasoning can be implemented to predict the suitability of insurance products for consumers. Users of this Software can assist in determining the appropriate insurance product for him.
