Abstract

The aims of this study was to know the effect of different temperatures on the percentage of climbing perch eggs hatcing. This study has been done from Mei-Jum 2013 at Fish Breeding Unit “Batanghari Sembilan” Indralaya. The implementation of this study include selection of the brood, rearing of brood stock, injection ovaprim, spawning, hatching eggs. The results indicate that the most rapid hatching percentage was 84,33% at Water quality of medium were 29,0°C-33,5°C for temperature, pH 6,1-7,3 and disolved oxygen 3,02- 4,89 mg.L'1.
