Abstract

Kepuasan kerja mencerminkan pandangan positif atau negatif karyawan terhadap pekerjaan. Memahami dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dapat mendukung performa dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Wilayah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah populasi adalah 43 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 43 karyawan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Wilayah Palembang.
