Abstract
Digital marketing and business brand marketing that must be implemented by the 471.co coffee shop for the success of digital branding and digital marketing based on the sostac method (sysituation analysis, objective, strategy, tactic, action, control) by utilizing social media in the form of instagram, tiktok and whatsapp applications as a container for active marketing from the 471.co coffee shop to old and new customers to get coffee shop recommendations from social media that is utilized by 471.co as a marketing medium. The utilization of situation analysis that can be applied is by observing weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and identifying target markets. The utilization of objectives is to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals using the 5S method. Strategy carried out by involving development to achieve goals. Utilization of business tactics to implement strategies widely and is carried out based on the 7P marketing mix. Actions taken after determining marketing utilization by implementing several points according to the previous stage. Utilization of control is a marketing control process that includes decision making and media management.
